Contest Rules
[Your Bay and Algoma Neighbourhood Name] Contest Rules and Regulations
- Eligibility
- The contest is open to residents of Thunder Bay aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, representatives, and agents of Bay and Algoma Neighbourhood and their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
- Contest Period
- The contest begins on December 2nd, 2024 at 8:00am and ends on December 8th at midnight. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
- How to Enter
- Complete the online entry form at https://www.bayalgoma.com/discover-bay-and-algoma-neighbourhood/.
- All required fields must be completed, and the form must be submitted before the contest deadline.
- No Purchase Necessary
- No purchase is required to enter the contest.
- Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
- The winner will be announced via Bay & Algoma Social Media and will be required to message the page.
- Prize
- The prize will be posted on Facebook or Instagram daily from December 2-8
- The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
- Privacy
- By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information solely for the purposes of administering this contest and contacting the winner.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Publicity
- By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Bay and Algoma Neighbourhood to use their name and/or photograph in promotional materials, including social media, without additional compensation.
- Limitations of Liability
- Bay and Algoma Neighbourhood is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any errors in the administration of the contest.
- Right to Modify or Cancel
- Bay and Algoma Neighbourhood reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest at any time without notice.
- Acceptance of Rules
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Bay and Algoma Neighbourhood which are final and binding in all respects.
